5. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish, texture or appearance may arise from photography, displays or manufacturing. Vintage, pre-owned, refurbished or repaired watches may have individual condition characteristics, repairs, restoration or modifications identified in the listing.
Product photographs are illustrative unless the listing states that the exact individual watch shown will be supplied. Customers should review specifications, dimensions, water-resistance information and care instructions before purchase.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may reasonably accept, verify, decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, obvious pricing/listing error, incorrect information, payment failure, suspected fraud or unauthorised activity, serviceability issues, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, any amount properly due will generally be returned to the original payment method.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices may change before an order is placed. The price applicable to an accepted order is generally the checkout price, subject to obvious error. Payments are processed through authorised third-party providers. We will never ask for your CVV, PIN, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password by email, WhatsApp, phone or social media. 8. Cancellation, Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Cancellation, return, replacement, repair and refund requests are governed by the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the Warranty Policy. Different conditions may apply to new, custom-made, vintage, pre-owned, refurbished and repaired watches.
9. Custom Watches
Custom or made-to-order watches may involve materials, labour and production commitments specific to an order. Cancellation charges, design changes and returns are therefore subject to the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation charge is intended to reflect reasonable unrecoverable costs and is subject to applicable law.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
11. Product Identification, Quality Control and Fraud Prevention
For quality control, warranty administration, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, we may maintain order-linked records such as product model/reference or serial number, condition records, photographs or video of the product and packaging before dispatch, package weight where available, courier tracking/proof of delivery, customer communications, and return-inspection records, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Returned products may be inspected to confirm identity, serial/reference number, condition, components, signs of wear, impact or liquid ingress, case opening, tampering, third-party work, missing accessories and consistency with the claim made.
After reasonable verification, we may reject a return, refund, replacement or warranty claim where the returned item is not the item supplied, is empty or materially incomplete, has substituted or missing components, has been materially altered, shows evidence inconsistent with the claim, or where there are reasonable grounds to determine that the claim is fraudulent or abusive. This does not affect non-excludable consumer rights.
12. Repeat Abuse and Fraudulent Activity
Where we have reasonable grounds, we may decline or cancel future orders or restrict Website access in cases involving repeated COD refusals, fraudulent chargebacks, materially false claims, product substitution, promotion abuse, multiple accounts used to circumvent restrictions, or other fraud or abuse. Each case may be assessed on its circumstances and applicable law.
